Theatre credits include: Genie, Aladdin (Adam Smith Theatre); Lt Brannigan, Guys and Dolls (Kilworth House Theatre); Cover Harry Bright/Bill Austin, Mamma Mia International Tour; Guys and Dolls Original UK Tour (ATG/Donmar Warehouse); Gerry in Dancing at Lughnasa (Essential Theatre Company); Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Liverpool Playhouse); Clegg  Owner’s (ISB) , I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! (NSTC/Edinburgh); Peter Pan The Musical (Belfast Grand Opera House/Wood Productions); Dodger in Oliver! (Belfast Lyric Theatre).

Film credits include: Lead in Great and Small (Runner up at the Insight Film Festival 2007, Winner Best film at the Furzedown Film Festival 2008 and Winner of Best Film Urban Forest Pictures 2009); Lead in The Soulmate (SGX Film Productions) and Lead in Challenging Behaviour (BDP Media).

Stuart has also done various commercials for River Rock Water (Ireland) and Tayto (Ireland). Voice over work includes work for Kerrygold Butter, Aer Lingus, Investors in People, Whole Lotta Sole (Film) and Disney.
