Musical Director

Dan gained his degree in music from the University of Birmingham, studying piano and voice at the Birmingham Conservatoire. After leaving university he worked as a singing teacher and resident Musical Director at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama.

Theatre work includes: Grease (UK); Fame (UK); Blood Brothers (UK); Whistle Down the Wind (UK); Sweet and Hot (Crescent, Birmingham); Merrily We Roll Along (Patrick Centre, Birmingham); Assassins (Edinburgh Festival); Babes in Arms (Birmingham Library Theatre); Saturday Night (Allardyce Nicoll Studio, Birmingham).

Compositions include: original scores for The Christmas Tree (MAC, Birmingham); Gynt! (Crescent, Birmingham); Love Play (Patrick Centre, Birmingham); Faust (Allardyce Nicoll Studio, Birmingham).
