Paul Nicholas and David Ian formed their production company in 1991, having met as performers in The Pirates of Penzance at the London Palladium the previous year.

Productions and co-productions include: Jesus Christ Superstar - the Concert; The Pirates of Penzance, UK tour; The Greatest Shows in Town at BIC Bournemouth; Grease at the Dominion Theatre, the Cambridge Theatre and the Victoria Palace Theatre in London and throughout the UK and internationally; Rocky Horror Show Bournemouth and Blackpool; Ain’t Misbehavin’ at the Lyric Theatre, London; Singin’ in the Rain, UK tour; Evita UK tour; Chess UK tour; Happy Days UK tour and Australia; Saturday Night Fever at the London Palladium and UK tour. They are also currently producing Grease on Broadway.
